I’m back in photography class as of recently, finishing up my year long program. In one of my classes, we’re talking about the importance of physical portfolios, so that’s one of the projects I’ll be working on this month. (You can see Misiu above, going over my notes from class). I’m in between a lot of different ideas right now, trying to figure it all out. How beautiful is this one, though?
Unfortunately, most of my photos nowadays stay in digital form, but I think it makes such a difference seeing a photo printed. Also, I absolutely do not trust technology and I prefer all things tangible and in their final form. I used to try to keep up with printing my photos, but now I just wait too long and then spend days attempting to organize them into photo books. Besides starting to think about the physical portfolio, my most recent homework assignment for the class was to get a logo going, so here’s what I came up with so far:
I’m not sure what I’m going to do with it yet, but I’m thinking of moving the photography part of my life into a different home on the internet, so maybe it’ll end up being useful.
